Jesse J. Frans' Obituary
Jesse J. Frans, Jr., of Covington, TN, went to be with the Lord on November 7, 2014 at his home. He was a Kellogg''s retiree and also retired from Memphis Reserve Police Department. Mr. Frans is survived by four children, Jesse, Terri, Brett, Tony; a sister; a brother; 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He was loved and will be missed. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday, November 10 and service at 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 11 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home. Interment will be in Memphis Memory Gardens.
