Jewel May "Judy" Vann, 84, of Southaven, MS passed away on Monday, January 26, 2015 at North Delta Hospice Center. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, January 29 at Forest Hill South with service at 2 p.m. Friday. Burial will follow in Forest Hill South Funeral Cemetery. Mrs. Vann was a member of Long View United Methodist Church in Memphis. She worked for Holiday Inn World Wide Reservations and retired after 20 years of service but continued to work part tine in her favorite occupation of photo development. She loved having her family together and she loved her animals. Judy is preceded in death by her husband, Jack D. Vann, her daughter, Patricia "Sissy" Sanders, parents, W. Roy and Hattie Sue Bonds Tarrance, her sister, Sallie L. Hudson and one brother, Roy L. Tarrance. She leaves 3 children: Jack Vann (Judy, II), Randy Vann (Pat) and Sandra Cooper (Mike); 8 grandchildren: Trisha Marlow, Glenn Vann (Michelle), Roy Michael Vann (Heather); Peter Vann (Alicia), Chris Vann (Anna), Calvin Cooper (Carey Ann), Candis Kirk (Brandon) and Curtis Cooper, also 13 great-grandchildren.
