Jo Ann Stotts, 74, born December 17, 1937 in Sidonia, TN, passed away Saturday, July 28, 2012. She retired in 2010 from Baptist Memorial Hospital after 35 years of service. Mrs. Stotts was preceded in death by her parents, Loudon and Harry Crull and her husband, Vearl C. (Jack) Stotts. She is survived by her children, Butch Setzer (Peggy), John Setzer (Cindy), Jack Stotts (Vangie), and Jackie Wiggins; eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and her dog Chester and many family members and friends. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Memphis Animal Services on Appling City Cove. Visitation will be 9-10 a.m., Saturday, August 4, 2012 with services to follow at 10 a.m., at Forest Hill East Funeral Home. Interment will be in Forest Hill East Cemetery.
