Joan Davis, 89, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022 at Baptist Reynolds Hospice House in Collierville, TN. She leaves behind two daughters, Sarah Harry (Bob), Tammy Creary-Gallaher; one son, George T. Davis (Carolann Smith); six grandchildren, Jason, Sarah, Patrick, Lisa, Emily, Matt; and fifteen great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, George T. Davis; her parents Howard and Rhodella Jerorme; two sisters, Joyce Jerome (her twin), Donna Ruyf; and one brother, Jack Jerome.

Joan was in the United States Air Force from 1951-1955, a volunteer "Pink Lady" at Baptist Desoto Hospital for seven years, a lifetime member of the VFW Post 2422 in Coronado, CA, a "Forever Young" member for the city of Southaven, MS and a Korean War Veteran. In her free time she enjoyed spending time with and family and friends, taking trips to the casinos in Tunica, MS and helping and caring for others and putting their needs before hers.

Graveside services will be held Friday, February 25, 2022 at 2:30p.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home 2440 Whitten Rd., Memphis, TN 38133.
