Joan Mallett Hunter of Whiteville, TN died after a long illness on February 04, 2021. Joan was born in Bradford Arkansas on June 05, 1937 to Tom and Maxine Mallett. She was preceeded in death by both her parents, her husband, Jack E Hunter; her son, Tommy Hunter; and two brothers, T.O. and James Mallett. She leaves three children Jackie Ellingburg (Floyd) of Southaven, MS; Clavin Hunter of Tupelo, MS; and David Hunter of Whiteville, TN. She also leaves a daughter-in-law, Patricia Hunter of Memphis, TN; 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchildren. She leaves two sisters of Arlington and Lakeland TN and one brother of Nesbit, Ms.

A memorial service will be held for Joan at Forest Hill East Cemetery on June 05, 2021 and will be officiated by her preacher, Michell Rogers of Bolivar Church of Christ at 1018 West Market St Bolivar, TN 38008
