Joe Burton Howell's Obituary
Joe Howell, 89, of Memphis, TN passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2023.
Mr. Howell was a U.S. Navy Veteran, and a retired school teacher.
Joe was preceded in death by his wife, Billie Howell, his mother, Gracie Howell and brother, Erme Gene Howell.
He leaves his daughter, Pam Swafford (Freddie) of Regan, TN; two sons, Paul Howell of Memphis and Phillip Howell of Bartlett; 3 grandchildren, Zach Swafford (Kendra), Jacob Swafford (Madison) and Josh Swafford (Mary); also 9 great-grandchildren.
