JOE VICTORY McKINNEY, 81, died September 3, 2014. He was a retired welder for International Harvester and owned Joe''s Ornamental Iron Works. Visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. Friday, September 5 followed by service at 2 p.m. at Forest Hill East Funeral Home. He leaves his wife, Sarah; daughter, Teresa Dillard, sons Wayne and Carl; sisters, Kathleen Wilson, Faye Smith; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was the son of Irene and Joe McKinney.
