Joe Ray Stewart, 92 of Bartlett went to be with his Lord Jesus on January 17, 2018. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ramelle Holladay Stewart. Joe is survived by his daughters, Josephine (Don) Anderson of Eads, TN, and Jackie (Ricky) Teague of Nesbit, MS. He also leaves behind three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Joe was a retired bus operator and a Million Mile Safety Recipient from Trailway Bus Line. He was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church and a World War II Army Veteran; honored and proud to have served his country.

Joe also was a Mason and Shrine. He was a humble, kind and witty father, "Dedaddy" and friend. Spending time with his family was what he loved doing.

Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Forest Hill Funeral Home - East on Whitten Road with the 2 p.m. service following. Interment will be at Forest Hill.
