John Otis Barnett, 65, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2016 in Hernando, MS. Mr. Barnett was a retired truck driver for Saia Trucking Company in Memphis. He was preceded in death by his parents: Otis and Doris Barnett, two brothers, Willie and Terry Barnett and one sister, Margie Castle. John leaves his wife, Patsy Barnett, children: Wendy McCrary (Tim) and Kristy Hill (Kyle) Tony Read (Lenna) and Daphine Read; siblings David Barnett (Pat) of Humboult, TN, Patsy Lewis of Hernando, MS; Nancy Cleveland (Joe) of Senatobia, MS; Susie Tull of Senatobia, Robert Barnett (Lisa) of Senatobia and Joe Barnett (Kathy Singleton) of Liberty, MO; Grandchildren: Tyler and Ryan James, Jordan Taylor, Copper and Alyssa Hill and Ashley Lawson; great-grandchildren: Reece Lawson and Tatum Lewis. Visitation will be Saturday, May 28, 2016 from 1 to 2 p.m. with graveside service immediately following at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park- South 901-346-3250.
