John B. Palazola, 86, a devoted Christian, loving husband, father and grandfather passed away on June 29, 2021. He was a member of Forest Hill Church of Christ (Knight Arnold) where he served as a deacon. He retired after 43 years from Smith and Nephew.

John was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Palazola; his son, John Christopher Palazola; his parents, Sam and Cecelia Palazola; three sisters, Veta Barber, Rosalee Paxton and Teresa Smith. He leaves to cherish his memory, two daughters, Lisa Palazola Howard and Donna Smith; three grandchildren, Helen LeAnne Howard, Kella Smith and Kaylin Smith; three great-grandchildren, Jazmyn Howard, Ethan Sewell and CheyAnne Sewell; also one sister, Catherine McDaniel; two brothers, Fred Palazola and Vince Palazola.

John was a kind, sincere and devoted man whose smiling face brought joy to those he touched.
