John Lee Phillips, 68, of Millington, TN, passed away on Nov 23, 2018.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Debbie Emmons Phillips, and his daughter, LeAnn Cain.  John is survived by his sisters, Elizabeth Owens of Port Charlotte, FL and Mary Cooper of Millington, TN; brothers, William Davis of Tumbling Shoals, AR and Winston Phillips of Arlington, TN.  The family will receive friends for a memorial gathering to be held at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park - East, 2440 Whitten Road on Friday, November 30, 2018 from 10:00-11:00 a.m.  901-382-1000
