Johnnie Del Rosario, 83, of Memphis, TN, devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend, died July 3, 2019. She was a secretary for 38 years at the Defense Industrial Plant Equipment Center (DIPEC), a seamstress, a cook, and world traveler. Mrs. Del Rosario loved travelling with her husband Alberto visiting family and friends across the country and loved attending film screenings in Memphis where she made many good friends. She joins Alberto, who passed away in 2014, and is survived by her son Anthony and brother James Threadgill. A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 9 a.m. at Cordova Malco Cinema, 1080 North Germantown Parkway, Cordova, TN. Please wear bright, happy clothing if attending. In lieu of flowers the family requests any memorials be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Memphis Botanical Gardens.
