Johnny Walter Wells, Jr., 73, passed away on October 12, 2014 in Benton, Arkansas. He was born September 5, 1941 in Memphis, TN. Johnny was a well known dog trainer and one of his favorite dogs was a German Shepherd named Herman. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Charlotte Strong Wells; and his parents, Johnny Walter and Elizabeth Hatchett Wells. Johnny is survived by his sisters, Genyth (Ed) Kubitz of Little Rock, AR, Betty (Marvin) Aikens of Portland, OR; niece, Genyth Marie Thomas; and nephews, Edward Lee Kubitz, Marvin Aikens and John Aikens. Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, October 17 at Forest Hill East Cemetery. In lieu of flowers you may donate to National Alliance of Mentally Ill.
