Joseph Louis Ortega born on October 21, 1942 in Texas to Pasqual & Carolina Ortega moved to Memphis at an early age and remained a resident until his passing on April 10, 2022. Joe was preceded in death by his father, mother, and brother Arturo and his wife Mona. He leaves behind his (son) Louis (daughter) Patricia of Florida, two grandchildren, four great grandchildren, his (niece) Mary Sue Peters and great nephew William Camarillo (Mary) and many friends Joe's great passion was motorcycles the majority of his life everything from riding, selling, fixing or building Joe was also known to all as a great story teller with a Keen eye for detail, these things defined what he was up until the end. He had been fighting multiple health issues for the past few years and finally succumbed to that fight this past palm Sunday and he finally rests in peace.
