Joy C. Bradley, 83, of Memphis, Tennessee passed away on Monday, December 17, 2018.  Mrs. Bradley retired from Sears and Roebuck.  She enjoyed crocheting, watching her John Wayne movies and QVC, shopping trips with her girls, and she loved sitting outside in her chair surrounded by her plants and outdoor decorations.  Most of all she loved her children and her grandchildren - they were her heart.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Bradley; her parents, Josie Phillips and Monroe Connor; and one brother, Sammy Clark.  Joy is survived by her children:  Jim, and his wife, Pam Bradley; Marchelle, and her husband, Randy Stepherson.  She also leaves a sister, Pat Watson; and a brother, Bobby Connor.  She had six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.  Her family will be receiving friends from 5:00  p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 20, 2018, with a funeral service to be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 21, 2018 at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park - East, 2440 Whitten Rd., Memphis, TN 38133.  The family asks that any memorials to be sent to the Memphis Firefighters Foundation, or the Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
