Joyce Mendenhall, 62, of Cordova, TN, went to be with the Lord on January 29, 2016. She was a nurse at Baptist Hospital for over 40 years before retiring. Joyce was an active member of Calvary Church of the Nazarene where she was involved in Bible Study and crafts for the kids during Bible School. She is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Hayden(Joshua), Amber Mendenhall; step daughter, Barbara Cummings (Jerry); mother, Jennie Cunningham; three sisters, Sandra Oden (Pat), Vickie Mowery (Chuck), Kathy Kemp (Michael); brother, Fred Cunningham (Janice); and five grandchildren, Timothy, Elizabeth and William Spencer, Mylee and Lily Hayden; Skylar and Rylan. Joyce was preceded in death by her father, Frank Cunningham. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at Calvary Church of the Nazarene.
