Juanita Holley Threadgill, 86 of Memphis, passed away March 30, 2023.

Mrs. Threadgill retired as a tax consultant in her career at the Internal Revenue Service. She was a faithful member of Good Shepard United Methodist Church and a volunteer at Bibles for China for over 15 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, James Dee Threadgill; parents, Arthur and Bessie Lewellyn Holley; sisters, Ruby Jenkins, Grace Mills, Clara Holley, and Patricia Mizell; and brothers, James Holley and Jimmy Holley.

Left to honor and cherish her memory is her daughter, Janet Dee Grassette (Ron); son, John David Threadgill (Jennifer); grandchildren, Jeffery Wayne Grassette, Bradley James Grassette (Abbie), Austin Hunter Threadgill (Mary Helen), Parker Garrett Threadgill (Lauren), Taylor Victoria Threadgill, and Summer Holley Threadgill; and great grandchildren, Matteo and Ryan.
