Juanita M Wood, 89, born March 13, 1931 in Decatur County, TN went to be with her Lord and savior Jesus Christ on January 16, 2021.

Juanita was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Hugh M Wood, and two brothers, Stanley White and Bon White. She is survived by one sister, June Pope, and her three children, Michael Wood, Anita Aunspaugh, and Randy Wood, and her five grandchildren, Wes, Brad, Drew, Shelby, and Reagan and seven great-grandchildren.  After working at Kimberly Clark with 35 years of service, she turned her attention to the love of her family and her church, Bartlett First Assembly.

Services will be held at Forest Hill East Tuesday,  Feb 2 at 2:00 pm.

"So we are always confident, even though we know that as long as we live in these bodies we are not at home with the Lord. For we live by believing and not by seeing. Yes, we are fully confident, and we would rather be away from these earthly bodies, for then we will be at home with the Lord."
