Judy Glenn Hemminger Phillips went to our Lord on March 19, 2025 at the age of 81.  She was born on September 11, 1943 in Memphis to Glenn and Ina Hemminger. Judy was our beloved matriarch of the family and guided our way with a lot of sass, attitude and mostly with love.

She worked many years as a beautician with her sister, and enjoyed spending time with family, gardening, collecting recipes, bells, and angel figurines and celebrating Christmas.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Joe W. Phillips, and survived by her sister, Marie Elaine Brewer, her children, Wendy (Eddie) Grinder, Bill Hacker, Michelle (Tony) Howell, Joe W. (Deborah) Phillips, Jr., 7 grandchildren, Erin (Greg) King, Ashley (Brian) Earl, Casey (David) Hill, Bryce Hacker, Dylan (Alyssa) Phillips, Kaylee Philipps, Kyle (Shea) Taylor and 11 great-grandchildren.  We are blessed with our memories.
