On November 11, 2021 Kathleen Austein Terrell began a new journey and adventure. She was born July 12, 1968, to Bill Austein and Anita Austein nee Swindell at Baptist Hospital formerly located in Midtown Memphis. Kat, as she was affectionately known by family and friends, graduated in the top three in her class from Oakhaven High School in Memphis in 1986. She studied Psychology at the University of Memphis, formerly Memphis State University, and graduated in 1993 with her Bachelor of Arts degree.

After graduating college, she worked many years in customer service. She worked with her parents at AACO Mechanical for several years and began working at Dingo Entertainment after her parents' passing. She worked at Dingo Entertainment with her brother and spent many hours of many days with him and his family.

She was a beloved mother, sister, aunt, and friend and will be greatly missed by many.

She is survived by her most beloved son, Justin Terrell  of Memphis; her treasured brother and sister-in-law Tommy and Theresa Austein of Bartlett and their two children, who were dearest in her heart, Taylor Austein and Jordan Austein; and her most precious furbabies Ramses, Gunner, and Sugar. She is predeceased by her parents Bill and Anita Austein and her brother, William Herbert Austein, Jr.

There will be a visitation held at 12:30 pm and a formal funeral service will follow beginning at 2:00 pm at Forest Hill East Funeral Home in Memphis. Burial will be in Fredonia  Church (Cemetery), Como, MS
