Kathleen O'Connor Williams, 85, passed away April 12, 2013, a Collierville resident for 50 years. Mrs. Williams was born in Memphis. She was preceded in death by her husband the late Jesse Robert (Bob) Williams. At age 6 she had her first dance recital and at 18 became a Radio City Music Hall (New York City) Rockette for 4 years. In 1950 she returned to Memphis and danced at military bases and supper clubs in Memphis and the Mid South area. Mrs. Williams danced with the Showstoppers, a local group of ladies and she also taught dance lessons at Nadine's Studio until her late 70's. Mrs. Williams retired from DIPEC in Memphis, and was a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Collierville. Visitation is at 10:30 and the funeral services at 11:30 Monday, April 15, 2013 at the St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Collierville, TN.
