Kathy Smelcer 66, of Horn Lake MS passed away Saturday, January 7, 2012 at Baptist Memorial Hospital DeSoto. Services will be 2pm. Wednesday, January 11, at Forest Hill South with visitation from 12-2 p.m. Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery. Mrs. Smelcer was preceded in death by her husband Tom Smelcer. She and her husband were business owners of T&K Flooring, operating 38 years in Memphis and retiring in 2003. She is the loving mother of two daughters, Angela Marie Nemac and Kristie Denise Armstrong; two grandchildren, Mark Dalton and Destin Strome Armstrong. Forest Hill South Funeral Home, 346-3250.
