Larry Montague Brown of Lakeland, TN

November 1, 1946~November 11, 2018

On Sunday, November 11, 2018, Larry Montague Brown, husband, father of four children and grandpa to eight, passed away at age of 72.  Larry was born on November 1, 1946 to Montague and Margaret Brown in Pontiac, MI.  He served as a Marine in the Vietnam War, served and protected as a Tennessee State Trooper, and worked vigilantly for too many years to count as a journeyman meat cutter for Kroger.  On April 17, 1971, he married Kathleen, and in their 47 years of marriage raised four children (one daughter and three sons):  Michelle, Scott, Bryan, and Kenneth.  He leaves behind eight grandchildren:  Olivia, Jack, Chase, Zachary, Luke, Isabella, Nicholas and Ava.  Visitation with his family will be held on Sunday, November 18, 2018 from 3:00-5:00 p.m.  Funeral service will be on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., both to be held at Forest Hill Funeral Home, East.  Larry will be buried at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on Forest Hill Irene on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
