Larry Joe Nabors, 78, of Walls, MS, went to be with the Lord, on November 19, 2025.

Larry retired from BellSouth, Inc. after 35 years of employment. Larry served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed playing the guitar and going to gospel singings.

Larry is survived by his daughter, Melissa Woods (Brandon) and his son, Chris Nabors (Lindsey) as well as 3 granddaughters Camden Woods Todd (Lucas), Morgan Woods, and Sutton Nabors and one great-granddaughter, Swayze Grace Todd.

Larry was preceded in death by his wife of 41 years Peggy Russell Nabors and his parents Eric Oscar Nabors and Birdie Bankston.

A graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at Forest Hill East, 2440 Whitten Road in Memphis, TN.
