Laura Elizabeth Sanders' young life ended unexpectedly on Monday July 2, 2018.  She was a resident of Bartlett, TN.

Her family and friends will grieve the loss of her gentle nature, her playfulness, thoughtful insights, slightly acerbic sense of humor and passionate love of all things simple, natural and uncontrived.

She loved her family and friends with a tender but ferocious love.  She is loved in kind by them.

She also loved music, art, nature and a thoughtful tattoo.

She attended St. Ann Catholic School, Bolton High School and The University of Memphis where she studied art and education.

Her decision to be an organ donor has already benefited three recipients.  All who knew and loved her, will always benefit from her spirit.

Memorial contributions may be made to RiverArtsFest, Inc.  (formerly Arts in the Park - Laura and Daniel's type of organization) or, of course, to the charity of your choice.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Sunday, July 8, 2018.  A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, July 9, 2018.  The committal service will be held privately.  All services are entrusted to Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park - East, 2440 Whitten Road, Memphis, TN, 38133 (901) 382-1000.
