Lauren Ann McCaskill Scarborough, 58, of Memphis, TN, passed away January 9, 2018, at her home in Southaven, MS. Lauren was born to Robert and McCaskill on September 11, 1959. She was a graduate of Hernando High School. She was a loving Mother, granddaughter, daughter, and sister. Her family was of utmost importance. to her. She lived her life unambiguously. She was stubborn, but also genuine, loyal, and principled. She loved the beach, movies, and spending time with close friends and family. She is survived by her parents, Robert and Ann McCaskill of Hernando, MS; brother, Tim (Teresa) McCaskill of Arlington,TN; son, Matthew Scarborough of Memphis, TN; daughter, Wendy (Joe) Remmers of Cordova, TN; 2 grandsons, Zachary and Jason Remmers; granddaughter, Carolyn Black; and step-granddaughters, Jessica and Kelly Remmers. Visitation will be 12:30 - 2:00 pm, Tuesday, January 16, 2018, followed by services 2:00 pm., both at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park South
