LAVERNE ARNOLD PAGENKOPF, 85, born in Lancaster, Wisconsin, September 29, 1927 and passed away May 6, 2013 at his home in Arlington, TN. Mr. Pagenkopf is survived by his wife of 67 years, Ida Mae Pagenkopf; son, Roy L. Pagenkopf (Nancy) of Arlington, TN; grandchildren, Jason Pagenkopf (Wendy) of Bartlett, TN and Kristi Pagenkopf Hunt (Aaron) of Bartlett, TN and also four great-grandchildren, Ashleigh, Tyler, Hayden and Hannah. After serving in the US Navy, he owned a distributorship for many years with Dean''s Dairy and after selling, worked and retired from Brim''s Food in Bartlett. Mr. Pagenkopf''s love was his family and friends. He loved building and working his gardens over the years at his home in Frayser. He shared an abundance of great times camping, fishing, outdoor picnics at his home and boating trips. The family will have visitation starting at 1 p.m., with service starting at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 9 at Forest Hill Funeral Home, 2440 Whitten Rd., Memphis, TN 38133. Interment will follow in Northridge Woodhaven, 6755 Hwy. 51 North, Millington, TN 38053. The family requests that any memorials be sent to: Susan G.
