Laverne Lillie Wall, 78, of Millington, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at her home. Service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Forest Hill South with visitation from 12 to 2 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Forest Hill South Cemetery. Mrs. Wall is preceded in death by her husband, Vernon C. Wall and grandson, Justin Paul Russell. She leaves two children: Maurice J. Russell, Jr. and Connie E. Gill, 6 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, two sisters: Katherine Boylan and Betty Jean Oliver both of California, Aunt Rebecca Edgar of Arkansas, also her beloved cats: Smokey, Kitty, Trouble and Missy.
