Lawrence F. "Larry", "Butch" Morgan, 65, Of Bartlett, TN, passed away after a brief illness on March 17, 2015. He retired from HUD, was an Army veteran and a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Larry served as a Missionary at the Temple and loved serving his Lord. He was a kind and loving man with a heart of gold. He is survived by his wife, Sandy; daughter, Kelly Morgan; sons, James Morgan, Steven Morgan; Andy Harris, Matt Harris, Tim Harris, Haley McNair, Sam Harris; sister, Barbara Johnston of Bakersfield, CA; and nine grandchildren. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday, March 20 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 21 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Interment will be at Forest Hill East Cemetery.
