Lawrence Lee Turner, 92, passed away on January 9, 2019 in Memphis, TN.  Mr. Turner was a long time member of Mullins Station Baptist Church, Deacon Emeritus.  He was retired from Memphis Light, Gas, and Water with 30 years of service.  He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Luvene Pollard Turner, and daughter, Mary Elizabeth (Beth) Turner Walton.  Left to honor and cherish his memory are his daughters, Carolyne S. Turner of Bartlett, TN, Patricia Long of Hernando, MS, and son, William Lawrence Turner (Julie) of Bartlett, TN.  Mr. Turner has been blessed with seven grandchildren:  Leslie Walton, Gene Raburn, Paul Raburn, Sara Turner Adams, Christopher Lawrence Turner, Rebecca Jonakin, and Danny Chamblee, as well as fourteen great grandchildren.  Visitation with his family will be Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 1:00-2:00 pm, with his service following at 2:00 pm at Forest Hill Funeral Home, East on Whitten Rd.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested any memorial donations be made to the donor's choice.
