Mr. Leo Patrick Neal, 79 passed away on Friday, August 30, 2019, in Southaven, Ms. Mr. Neal is survived by two sons, Stanley Patrick Neal and Robert Todd Neal (Kinsley); two daughters, Tonya Elizabeth Neal (Christina) and Teresa Neal Coughlin; a brother Richard Dean Neal and a sister Shirley Ann Berry (Jimmy).  He was preceded by his parents; his wife Lillian L. Neal; a brother James Hulett "Bosie" Neal and two sisters, Virginia Lee Marsh and Pamela Christine Dowdy. The family has requested your presence at a Visitation Service to be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, from 1 pm until Funeral Service at 2 pm, both at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park – Midtown, with burial to follow at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park – South.
