L.G. Martin, 85, of Memphis, TN, passed away after a short illness.  He was born on August 11, 1932 in Waterloo, AL to Flonnie Shook Martin.  He served the United States honorably as a member of the U. S. Army.  He retired from Pepsi Cola as a truck driver.  He leaves to cherish his memory his companion, Patricia Graham; and a sister, Pat Mills; and two grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanetta Martin, and a son, Lloyd Alan Martin.  Visitation for Mr. Martin will be held from 1:00 – 2:00 PM Friday, May 11, 2018, with graveside services to follow at 2:00.  All services are entrusted to the care of Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 2440 Whitten Road, Memphis, TN, 38133.
