Lillian Smith Jaynes, 92, of Memphis, TN, passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at her home. Visitation will be Saturday, October 6, at 10 a.m. with the service immediately following at 11 a.m., all at Forest Hill South. Interment will take place in Forest Hill South Cemetery. She was a member of Whitehaven Baptist Church. Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, George N. Jaynes Sr., and a son, Jimmy Lynn Jaynes. She is survived by a son, George Jaynes Jr. and his wife Libia; a grandson, Michael Jaynes; a granddaughter, Christina Tuznik; three great-grandchildren, Genna, Taylor, and Olivia Tuznik, and four nieces, Joy McGee, Sandra Cotten, Jane Schreinn and Dorothy Ross.
