Ms. Lillian A. Washington, 76, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2017. The widow of James Washington; she is survived by her son, Andre Cleveland(Toya) of Memphis; two grandchildren Andre Cleveland, Jr. and Alyssa Cleveland; two sisters, Carmella Bermudez; and Camilla McGhee, both of Memphis. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Lillie Mae Cleveland; a step-son, Paul E. Washington,and brothers, Roy Cleveland and Napoleon Cleveland. She was a member of Cummings Street Missionary Baptist Church; S.O.G. Travel Club; proud alumni of Booker T. Washington (class of ''58); member of the Deacons and Trustees Wives Ministry; and the Old Hickory Neighborhood Association. Lillian attended LeMoyne Owen College and the Henderson Business College. Visitation will be 5-7 pm, Friday at Forest Hill Funeral Home - Midtown. Funeral services will be 11 am, Saturday at Cummings Street Missionary Baptist Church, 8800 Winchester Rd. followed by interment at New Park Cemetery.
