Lillie G. Newsome, 91, of Olive Branch, MS passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2019. Mrs. Newsome was a member of Clearview Baptist Church in Southaven. When their children were young she and her husband, Will worked the Boy Scouts, # Ole97.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Will D. Newsome, Jr. Lillie leaves her son, John M. Newsome and his wife, Delinda; two grandchildren Marissa Kay and David James Newsome, all of Olive Branch, MS; also her son Will D. Newsome III. Visitation will be Thursday, August 1 from 1 PM to 2 PM, funeral service will immediately follow at Forest Hill Funeral Home, Midtown. Burial will be in Forest Hill Midtown Cemetery.
