Linda Lee Butler, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 10, 2025. She was born on May 15,1944 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Ollie and Essie Brown.

Linda graduated from Kingsbury High School class of 1962. She would go on to attend Mississippi State College for Women, University of Mississippi, and Memphis State University. She volunteered for over ten years with St. Jude Children's Hospital by assisting families and giving tours of the facilities. For over five years she worked with the Girls Scouts by planning weekly meetings, trips, and projects. She was an honoree recipient of the Tennessee Governor Volunteer Service and Outstanding Young Women of South Awards.

Linda leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Courtney Butler Montgomery of Memphis, Tennessee; son, Corey Lee Butler of Memphis, Tennessee and Daughter-in-Law Wendy Butler; grandchildren, Crews Butler of Arlington, Tennessee, Mariah Franklin of Olive Branch, Mississippi, Marisa Franklin of Olive Branch, Mississippi, Mario Franklin of Olive Branch, Mississippi, Chase King of Arlington, Tennessee, and Christian Marino of Arlington, Tennessee.

There will be a Celebration of Life service on Saturday, June 07, 2025, from 4pm-6pm at Collierville VFW Building, 347 S Center Street, Collierville, Tennessee 38017.
