Linda Ping Joe, 92, died peacefully on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at Methodist Hospital-South, and went home to be with her Lord and Savior. She was a member of the First Chinese Baptist Church and the Mid-South Chinese Association. She was a retired grocery store operator and factory worker at Leaf, Inc. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Joe and daughter-in-law Wanda Chow. She leaves her children Gerald Chow, Memphis, TN; Albert Chow, Houston, TX and three grandchildren also of Houston. Visitation will be held 5-7 p.m, Tuesday, April 22, 2014 with funeral services and burial at 10 a.m., Wednesday. All to be held at Forest Hill Funeral Home-Midtown.
