Lisa Mae Starnes Miller, 60, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2020. She loved animals and enjoyed crochet and other crafts. She was preceded in death by her son, Thomas Ethan Miller; father, Curl Starnes; brother, Dennis Starnes; grandmother, Argus Smith; and uncle, Elbert Smith. Survivors include her mother, Helen Starnes; daughter, Katherine Emily Miller Brown; grandchildren, Ema-Mae Mitchell, Lexie-Marie Mitchell; and cousin, Amy Smith.

The family will receive friends from 12 until 2 p.m. Thursday at Forest Hill Funeral Home Midtown. Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Forest Hill Midtown Chapel with interment to follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park South.
