Lloyd Burr, Nesbit, MS 99, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015. Mr. Burr is survived by his daughter, Ellen Smith (Ray); son, Wayne Burr (Barbara); grandchildren: Stacy Camp (David), Wendy Frye (Sean), Kelly Smith, Chandra Burr, Brandy Anderson, and James Burr; and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Mattie Mae Burr; second wife, Floy Burr; third wife, Inez Burr; 5 brothers; and 2 sisters. He was retired from Southwestern Transportation Company. He was also a member of First Baptist Church Nesbit, MS. Mr. Burr was also a veteran of the United States Coast Guard. The family will receive friends from 12-2 p.m. on Monday October 12, 2015 with a funeral service to follow at 2 p.m. All services and interment will be held at Forest Hill, South on Holmes Rd.
