Lois Jean Smith Griesheimer, 83, of Memphis, TN, passed away on February 15, 2015. She was born January 14, 1932 to Bernard and Clara Orr Smith in Chillicothe, Ohio. Mrs. Griesheimer was a member of Grimes Memorial United Methodist Church on Summer Avenue. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Griesheimer and her son, Thomas Edward Griesheimer. Mrs. Griesheimer is survived by children, Michael A. Griesheimer, Susan L. Nelson, Donald L. Griesheimer, Donna L. Grafe; sister, Jackie Wilson of Waverly, OH; fourteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Saturday, February 21 and service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, February 22 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with interment following. The family request memorials be made to the American Heart Association or to the American Cancer Society.
