Louis G. Henson, 79, of Horn Lake, MS. passed away surrounded by his family after a short illness on October 15, 2017 in Southaven, MS. A US Army veteran and a restaurant owner and contractor born in Drew, MS. on February 17, 1938. Preceded in death by his parents Robert and Ethel Henson and his three brothers; LC Henson; JC Henson; Bobby Henson and four sisters Frances Palmer; Kitty Cox; Shirley Henderson, and Patricia Murphy. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years Debbie Henson, 2 daughters Tammy Stanford (Dennis); Renee Patrick (Pat) and 3 sons, Ray Denison (Patti); Randy Denison, and Mike Henson (Nina). Mr. Henson also is survived by 16 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. He was a member of Lake Forest Church of Christ. Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 from 5:30-8:00 p.m. and funeral service Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at Getwell Road Church 7875 Getwell Rd. Southaven, MS. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery and Memorial Park, South.
