Louise Palmer Garrison was born in Keiser, Arkansas on April 2, 1918. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, James Waitus Garrison, and a son Paul Waitus Garrison. She leaves behind five children; Jimmie Lou Blair of Oakland, TN; Bonnie Sue Brown of Spring Hill, KS; Katie Joyner of Portland, TN; John Michael Garrison of Germantown, TN and Mary Dean Epps of Olive Branch, MS. She also leaves sixteen grandchildren and forty-two great grandchildren. Louise was active in her church and a State President of the Gideon''s International Auxiliary. She was the image of Proverbs 31, the virtuous woman with a servant''s heart. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 26 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with family receiving friends an hour prior. Interment will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Samaritan''s Purse or St. Jude Children''s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
