Lura Mae Trainer,95, went to be with her lord on April 15, 2020 Lura Mae was born
November17,1924 to her parents Valli Lee and Addie Champion. Her husband of 43 years James w.
Trainer,4 brothers and 3 sisters preceded her in death. She is survived by her son James Lee Trainer
(Jennifer)of Sommerville, Tennessee and daughter Brenda Gail Trainer Kubick (Eddie) of Memphis,
Tennessee. Two sisters Nelda Wilburn and Shirley Sutton both of Texas. Sister-In-Law Vaudie Emerson
of Southaven, Mississippi and several nieces and nephews

Lura Mae was a homemaker, in the mid 1960's she won a cooking contest for her "Uncle Jim Teacakes"
which was featured in local papers. Later in life she liked to travel and putter around in her garden, until
her stroke in January 2005.

Lura Mae lived a long life and in her last years was lovingly cared for by her niece Pat Holloway and the
staff of Life Pointe Village of Southaven.
