Luther "Mack" Thomas Cannon, 87, passed away on July 16, 2020 in Bolivar, TN.  He was a retired truckdriver for Hart Furniture . He was a member and deacon of Elliston Baptist Church in Memphis, TN.  Mr. Cannon was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Phillips Cannon and son, Mark L. Cannon.  Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Rita E. Montgomery (Danny) of Southaven, MS and Susan A. Robertson (John) of Memphis, TN, one sister, Margaret Carroll of Hornsby, TN.  He has been blessed with three grandchildren, Josie Johnson, Emily Goss and Amy Robertson. Everyone who knew Mr. Cannon called him "Mack" he always said that was his country name.  Visitation will be on Sunday, July 19, 2020 from 3:00 PM - 5:00 pm with his funeral service on Monday, July 20, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Forest Hill Funeral Home, East. 901-382-1000
