Margaret Arvetta Hopper-Huey, 80, passed away on September 4, 2023 in her home of Ecru, MS.

Visitation will be September 8, 2023 at 11:30 am at the Harvest Time Church of God, 289 W 8th St. Pontotoc, MS.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday September 8, 2023 at 289 W 8th St., Pontotoc MS with Pastor David Hall of Harvest Time Church of God and Pastor James Wells will be officiating.

Margaret, was born in Bolivar county to Bettie Hopper on April 14, 1943. She went to school in Cleveland, MS. She married Billy Huey on June 2, 1979 in Hernando, MS. She worked very hard as a material handler for Pennaco Hosiery for several years. She was an active member of the Harvest Time Church of God and ministered in the nursing homes when younger.

Margaret, is preceded in death by Bettie Hopper, Virdia Mae Compton, Rutha Howard, Betty Hollingsworth, William Hopper Jr., and Ellis Hopper.

Margaret is survived by her husband Billy Huey, 3 Sons & 1 Daughter-in-law: Carlious and Lisa McKlemurry, Mike McKlemurry, Joey McKlemurry, and her Daughter & son-in-law Wendy & Tyrone King, a host of Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

The pallbearers will be Carlious McKlemurry, Mike McKlemurry, Joey McKlemurry, Shawn McKlemurry, Darryl Hollingsworth, Dalton Suddieth, and Larry Plunkett (Alternate).
