Margaret C. Johnston went to be with her Lord on, Saturday, June 12, 2021, at the age 89. She was the daughter of the Andrew and Mary Mornard Clara. Margaret was born in Clarksdale, MS on July 22, 1931.

Margaret, after completing high school, was married to the love of her life Walter E. Johnston. As a result of this union of holy matrimony resulted in the addition to their family, their two wonderful sons, Ed Johnston and William Johnston. Mrs Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, and two brothers.

Mrs. Johnston was survived by her two sons Ed and William Johnston of Memphis, TN , also by 5 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren the services for Mrs Margaret Johnston will be held at Forest Hill East Funeral Home, 2440 Whitten Road,  on Thursday, June 17, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A visitation for friends and family will be held from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM with funeral services to follow at 12:00 PM on June 17, 2021. Committal services will be held at Forest Hill East Cemetery after visitation and chapel services.
