Margaret Thomson Hubbard Smith, 70, of Walls, MS passed away peacefully in her home Wednesday morning, September 21, 2016. Margaret was born May 21, 1946 in Mobile, AL. She was a graduate of West Wood High School, class of 1967. Margaret was retired from Mid South Nephrology. She was also a member of Longcrest Baptist Church. She will be missed by her loving husband of 29 years, Arthur H. Smith, Jr. Survivors also include sons: Scott Hubbard (Kim and Gavin) and Arthur Smith; daughters: Carol Hooper and Tracy Ferguson; siblings; Grace Lee Thompson and Tommy Thomson; and 10 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother, Hilda Lee Thomson; son, Joe O''Donnell; mother and father-in-law, Arthur H. Smith and Lucille V. Smith; and her brother-in-law, James Lee Thomson. A visitation will be held Saturday September 24, 2016 from 1-2 pm with a funeral service to follow at 2:00. All services and interment will be held at Forest Hill, South on Holmes Rd.
