Margaret Brown Thorpe, age 70, passed away peacefully at home on December 14,2024. She was preceded in death by her husband, Randie Thorpe, her parents, Carter and Allene Brown, her brother Charles Brown and her granddaughter Haley Reedy.

Maggie as some people called her was born in Memphis, TN on August 06,1954. She had many adventures in her lifetime and saved the best adventure for last. She married Randie Thorpe on December 27, 2004. She gained a bigger family to love her.

Maggie leaves to cherish her memory:  three sisters: Betty ward (Mike) of Powdersville, SC,  Pamela Smith (John) of Millington,TN and Patricia Underwood of Brighton, TN; two daughters, Stephanie Shackelford (Jeff) and Rebecca Gregg; and one son David Reedy.

She was blessed to have 14 grand-kids, 21 great grand-kids, with 2 more due in 2025, 4 nieces, 7 nephews, 4 great nieces, 9 great nephews and many friends.

She will be loved and missed very much.
