Margaret Harwell Waugh, of Memphis, TN, passed away on July 5, 2013. She was born January 18, 1943 to Earl and Evelyn Harwell who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Thomas. Mrs. Waugh leaves two sons, David M. Waugh (Chris) of MS, William Waugh (Laura) of TN; three grandchildren, Nic, David K., Ashley Waugh of MS; her sisters, Patricia Blake of CA, Marie Reeves (Ruff) and Virginia (Ginny), Cecil (Bryan) of TN; and numerous nieces and nephews. Margaret graduated from Central High School, Class of 1961 and worked for many years at Guards Mark until her health failed. Visitation will be at 12 noon until service begins at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 10 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home.
