Margie Sawyer, 82, of Bartlett, TN, passed away on May 7, 2013 at her home. She was retired from Conwood, attended Olive Creek Church of Christ and loved gardening in her flower beds. Mrs. Sawyer is survived by her husband, Virgil Sawyer; daughter, Carolyn Quick; son and his wife, Ron and Pam Daniels; step-son and his wife, Larry and Sherry Sawyer; three grandchildren, Lisa (Les) Stockwell, Leanne (Waylon) Wininger, Ryan (Rachel) Daniels; step-granddaughter, Carrie Lynn (Mike) Mun; six great-grandchildren, Paul Pannell, Trenton Davis, Brooke Buchanan, Casey Seligman, Asher Daniels, Claire Daniels; and six step-great-grandchildren, Austin Mun, Cody Mun, James Allen Sawyer, Jr., Jennifer Sawyer, Hunter Sawyer and Shelby Lynn Sawyer. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Martye Buchanan and a step-grandson, James Allen Sawyer. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday, May 10 and service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 11 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with burial following.
